Week 2 (MTC)

Thanks all for your support and love! You guys are great!!! So, me and my companion (Elder Petersen- also going to Provo) get to experience what it's like to be Zone Leaders! It's quite interesting, and kind of difficult too, and we are definitely just newbies, so don't expect us, or even me to be a Zone Leader in the field, LOL.  The MTC is actually quite fun, and not as stressful anymore. I love this gospel with a HUUUGE passion though!

TRC (Training Resource Center) is going GREAT! We've had four investigators so far. Anabel, she is going to get baptized, I love her to death!!! Ashley, she was a bit hesitant, but she is marrying an LDS man, so we'll see. And two new ones, and I forget their names, but we've only had one lesson with each of them so far.

Lately I've been working on trying to develop the characteristics of Christ, it's difficult but I really care about the work and I know that with the mindset of just desiring to open up the doors of the celestial kingdom to God's children, I will be blessed. As it says in ether 12: 27 God will make up the difference in my weaknesses. And I praise him continually for that.

Everyone, this Church is sooo true, the evidence is everywhere, but even then we shouldn't need the evidence, all we need is faith, and god will testify of it to you!!
I love you all soooo much, and next time we talk I'LL BE IN THE FIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Week 1 (MTC)

Oct 18, 2016

This week has been amazing so far. I love the work, and I think I'm learning rather quick, although it is quite alot of info to take in and sortof stressfull at times. Although I suppose that is what it's like being an adult. My testimony has increased tenfold, and so has my dedication to this glorious gospel. So I'm trying my best. I have a few things that I'm trying to work on, like patience, confidence, orginization, faith in my father above and escpecially exact obedience.

So anyway. I've been verrrry busy working and studying. That is when my district isn't messing around. So we have no sisters in our district, which means that we get distracted very easily. Annnnd I'm always the one to snap 'em back into working mode. So they call me the sister in the group if that makes sense. Haha it's all said in love.
My Pday is Tuesday. The food is great! My favorite meal so far is the Hawiian plate. Companion is ELder Petersen, he's great, from snowflake arizona.  Alot of really cool things have happened! The gospel is true!

Any way,
I love you all and I'm soo grateful for you and your support!
Love,
Elder Minson
